The Gladstone region is special to Laser Smooth. We are locals and proud of it. So we offer two options for purchases in the 4680 postcode.

FREE LOCAL PICKUP

In-store pickup is available during any Laser Smooth opening hours. Please wait for a notification before arriving for pickup.

 

FREE LOCAL DELIVERY

Laser Smooth offers free delivery to Boyne Island, Tannum Sands, Benaraby, Calliope, Yarwun and Gladstone twice per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Returns

Faulty or incorrectly delivered products may be returned for full refund within 14 days. If you received the incorrect item it must be returned in original, unopened packaging. We do not accept returns if you change your mind.

We cannot provide a refund or exchange for products purchased from other retailers. Only products purchased from Laser Smooth will be considered for return or exchange.

Items need to be returned directly to Laser Smooth salon and will be processed within 10 business days.
